The group fundamentally uses   the Laboratory of Fitness and Quality of Life (Faculty of Sport Sciences; University of Extremadura) in which, amongst other, the following  instrumental:

Isokinetic Dynamometer  (System 3, Biodex, USA)

Biopac MP100 with following components: surface-active electrodes (EMG), TSD121C Hand dynamometer , TSD109 accelerometer 5G and 50G

Analyzer of Reaction time to different stimulus (visual, kinesthetic, tactile, etc.)

Balance Plate  Balance System SD (Biodex, USA) for evaluation and training of balance

Force plate KISTLER 9286AA: assessment of walking and dependence

Vibration plates Galileo 900 and Galileo Fitness (Novotec, Germany)

Cycle Ergometer Ergomedic 839E and Cardio Care 827E (Monark)

Synchronizer in real time to register and analyze at the same time all previous systems (dynamometers, EMG, accelerometer, reaction time, etc.)

Fitness battery: ergojump / Bosco platform, Leigthon flexometer, range of movement, pulsometer (Polar, Fin), Hand dynamometer TKK, lipometer (Holtain, UK), etc.
